Meet the Team

  • Randy is Dryve’s founder—but don’t let that title fool you. He’s just as passionate about rolling up his sleeves and investing in people as he is about casting big-picture vision.

    From teaching people how to clean toilets to starting and running a cleaning supply company generating millions of dollars in sales, Randy’s always had one goal: develop people. After graduating with a degree in psychology, he spent the next several years managing high-turnover, labor-intensive industries – food service and contract cleaning. 

    Randy has combined years of leading and managing with extensive research to develop the unique and highly executable Collaborative Leadership Model that consistently produces better results. Since 2005, he’s been helping leaders and organizations grow stronger, smarter, and more people-centered—one relationship at a time.

  • Tyler was made for working with people. He’s passionate about helping individuals grow and shaping high-performing, healthy organizations from the inside out.

    With a strong grasp on what drives the millennial workforce, Tyler brings a grounded, energetic presence to every team. He’s especially skilled at building bridges across generations—whether in corporate, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial spaces.

    Tyler combines his entrepreneurial mindset with a deep belief in human potential. As a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team, he’s committed to helping leaders build collaborative, culture-driven businesses that are both profitable and impactful.

  • Charis is passionate about building collaboration that drives real impact—both within teams and across organizations. She believes that great leadership also means great followership, and that everyone—no matter their title—can lead and follow well. 

    With a background in career coaching, soft skill development, and strategic planning, Charis helps teams and individuals hit their goals without losing sight of what matters most: people. In addition to her work with DRYVE, Charis also serves as adjunct faculty at a local university, where she continues to invest in leaders of all ages.
