Leadership is multifaceted and can be viewed through three key dimensions, presented in no particular order or level of importance:
• The wisdom to lead oneself,
• The humility to be led, and
• The courage to lead others.
These elements are interconnected, each one reinforcing the others in pursuit of the ultimate aim of leadership: to take people further than they could or would go on their own.
